Great Sauce
2tsp (1tsp) Pickling spices in a cheese cloth bag
1/2cp (1/4cp) Orange juice
1/2cp (1/4cp) Sugar
1/2cp (1/4cp) Maple syrup
1/4cp (1/8cp) Apple cider vinegar
4 (2) small peaches pitted and sliced
Boil about 5 minutes until the peaches are soft but not mushy.
This works great for peaches and pears. I suspect it would work for any
fruit.
This also works great with strawberry's and blue berry's. Use a lot of
berry's.
