Pie Crust
This should be called "No Mess Pie Crust"
1 1/2 cups sifted flour (or not sifted)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk
Sift flour with salt and sugar into a 9 or 10 inch pie plate(pan).
Combine oil with milk in a measuring cup and whip with a fork.
Pour all at once into the center of the flour mixture.
Mix lightly with a fork, sort of flipping it, until it is doughy.
Press with your fingers to spread dough onto the bottom and sides of
the pie plate.
Fill it and bake as needed.
Or pre-bake by pricking dough all over with a fork and baking it at 425
degrees for 12 - 15 minutes - light brown.
The only trick is spreading the dough evenly. It takes a while. Wipe
off the edge so it looks nice.
