This works well with pork cutlets.

Marinade which works with pork, chicken and probably other meats

1/2cp (1/4cp) Soy sauce

1/4cp (1/8cp) Peanut oil

1/4cp (1/8cp) Lemon juice

1tbs (1/tbs or 1 1/2 tsp) Dark brown sugar

1/2 tps (1/4tps) Black pepper

2tsp (1tsp) Chili powder

1 clove (1/2 clove) Garlic minced

Put the meat in a ziplock baggie and add all the ingredients. Marinate 2-4 hours.
