October 25 - Tuesday

Today we spent sailing back to Luxor. Very relaxing. Norm had taken a trip off the ship and picked up some potato chips for me - I'd mentioned having withdrawals. Lots of fun relaxing. Here are some pictures of our cabin. Movie.

We passed through a lock. Someone said it used to take 9 hours waiting to get to the lock. We waited about 45 minutes. That's how bad tourism is.

The plan is to meet Dr. Hawass for a night time private tour of the Luxor Temple.

OMG I'm coming down with a cold and am too sick to make the Temple. Apparently I'm running a fever so all I want to do is sleep.

It's Deb's birthday! I let the cat our of the bag. Lots of hoopla and fun. Deb got to sit next to Dr. Hawass at dinner! I was afraid I'd give him my cold. Movie.
